Finder location sharing is optional and requires the finder’s permission. The tag does not track your pet or provide live GPS location. Your home address is never shown publicly by default — you choose which contacts and care details a finder sees.

Is this a GPS tracker?
No. It is an NFC tag that opens a pet profile. It cannot track your pet’s movements.
Does the finder need the app?
No app download is needed. They need a compatible NFC-enabled phone and an internet connection to open the profile.
Is there a monthly pet subscription?
No. The tag is $34.99 AUD with free pet-profile management.
How will setup work?
When Pet Tags go on sale, your confirmation email will include a purchase activation code. You will sign in to EZTap Manager, redeem the code, tap each tag and attach it to a pet profile. See the activation guide for the full steps.
When can I buy one?

Will this affect my existing CTag purchase?
This pet launch does not change existing orders or their current tag-claiming process.
