Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of EZTap CTags, EZTap Manager, and all EZTap services provided by EZTAP PTY LTD.

By using EZTap CTags, EZTap Manager, or any EZTap service, you agree to these terms.

EZTAP provides NFC CTags that link to a user-managed digital profile. Users manage their profile through EZTap Manager. People tapping a CTag view the profile without needing an app.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for your account credentials
• One account per person

You must be at least 16 years old to create an EZTap account or manage a digital profile. If you are under 18, you may only use EZTap with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Where a CTag is used for a child — for example a medical, emergency or identification tag — the account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information published on that profile. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent. If you believe a child has created an account, contact admin@eztap.net and we will remove it.

You agree not to:

• Use EZTap for unlawful purposes
• Store or display content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or tamper with CTags or the platform
• Use the service to distribute spam or malware

• CTags are the physical property of the purchaser once paid for
• Free tags provided through the Creator Program are gifted to the creator and do not need to be returned
• Tags use NFC technology and do not require a battery
• Tag functionality depends on compatible device support

• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact admin@eztap.net

Subscription tiers

• Individual — $4.99/month
• Business — $19.99/month
• Premium — $49.99/month
• Corporate — custom pricing

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise EZTap PTY LTD to charge the recurring subscription fee to your nominated payment method until you cancel.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will not be charged more than 24 hours before each renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription ends and you will not be charged again. No refunds are given for partial billing periods.

Refunds

Subscription refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Warranty policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Fee changes

EZTap may change subscription fees with at least 30 days written notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect without penalty.

Free tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost with limited features. EZTap may modify or discontinue Free tier features at any time.

Trials and promotional codes

Promotional codes and free months are subject to the terms specified at the time of issue. Promotional pricing expires on the stated date.

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

EZTap is not liable for:

• Loss of profile data (users should maintain their own copies)
• Third-party device compatibility issues
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

EZTap allows users to optionally store medical and emergency contact information in their profile. This feature is provided as a convenience only and is not intended to replace professional medical identification, emergency services, or medical advice.

Users acknowledge that:

• (a) EZTap may be temporarily or permanently unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to server downtime, network failures, NFC hardware limitations, device incompatibility, software errors, or acts of God;
• (b) EZTap does not guarantee that medical information will be accessible by emergency responders or medical professionals;
• (c) Users should not rely solely on EZTap for critical medical information and should maintain physical medical identification at all times;
• (d) EZTap PTY LTD, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from the inability to access or reliance upon information stored in an EZTap profile.

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
