Creator Agreement

1. What EZTAP Provides

1x EZTAP CTag (NFC keychain tag) at no cost, access to the EZTAP Manager web app, and support via admin@eztap.net.

2. What the Creator Agrees To

Set up a digital profile via EZTAP Manager before the tag arrives. Film an unboxing / first impressions video. Post a review (live or video post). Notify EZTAP at admin@eztap.net with the date and time before going live or posting. Send the video link to admin@eztap.net within 2 weeks of receiving the tag.

3. Content Rights

EZTAP may record, share, and repost creator content for promotional use across EZTAP channels. The Creator retains ownership of original content. EZTAP may use the creator's name and handle in promotional materials.

4. Content Guidelines

Present the product accurately and honestly. No false or misleading claims. The tag uses NFC and does not require a battery.

5. Tag Ownership

Free tags provided through the Creator Program are gifted to the creator. No return is required. Creators agree to notify EZTAP PTY LTD via admin@eztap.net before publishing any unboxing, review, or promotional content featuring EZTap products, so it can be recorded for promotional use. EZTap requests that creators complete the agreed content deliverables (unboxing/review within 30 days of receiving the tag).

6. Influencer Disclosure

Creators must disclose their relationship with EZTap in accordance with ACCC guidelines. Any content featuring EZTap products must include a clear disclosure that the product was provided free of charge. When posting content about EZTap as part of a gifted arrangement, creators must: (a) clearly disclose the relationship with EZTap using hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or #gifted; (b) ensure any claims about the product are truthful and accurate; (c) not make misleading statements about the product's capabilities.

7. Term

Covers the initial content creation period (2 weeks from receiving the tag). May continue by mutual agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may end the arrangement at any time by email. The Creator is not required to return the tag.

9. No Payment

This is a non-paid arrangement. The Creator receives a free EZTAP CTag in exchange for content creation. No cash payment unless separately agreed in writing.
